Welcome to Archives of the Founders History Club (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://archives.foundershistoryclub.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

All content on the Site—including historical documents, transcriptions, annotations, images, logos, design elements, and software—is the property of the Founders History Club or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial, educational use only, provided you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
